Hot Barrel Cats

Hot Barrel Cats is a cat-themed defense game with a heat-management twist. A fungal swarm called the Mildews marches down the road toward your gate, and only the cats posted on the wall may open fire. Each shot increases a cat's heat; when its burn timer runs out, it overheats and cannot fire again until cooled. Drag overheated cats to the spawn zone to cool them down, send fresh cats up to the wall, and combine two identical cats to merge them into a higher tier. A merged cat begins at full cool, making every merge both an upgrade and a rescue. Game features: single-player, 16 handcrafted levels with 1–3 stars each, landscape and portrait modes, desktop and mobile. Boss encounters await on levels 8, 12, and 16—Big Puffball, Shelf Cap, and Spore Mother—each tests your heat management rather than your health. Characters: 15 tiers of barrel-carrying cats face 5 varieties of Mildew. Between battles, spend coins at the cafe on perks, collect a daily reward, and pursue achievements.
